Billie has been a hairdresser for 11 fabulous years, and she’s mastered everything from lived-in color and balayage to stunning reds, bobs, and layered cuts. Her talent has even earned her a spot in the Top 10 of the North America Intercoiffure Nouveau Creative Contest! Plus, she’s worked backstage in New York for two years with Intercoiffure—so you know she’s got some serious skills.
