The dream behind Grey and Sage Salon is helping everyone find their most confident self. We express ourselves, and project the image that we want others to see when they think of us, though our hair. Our hair is incredibly important to all of us as it is often our first identifier: “The blonde woman in accounting”. In naming our salon, the recurring theme was confidence. As parents, we want the utmost in confidence for our children. We want them to find the best version of themselves, and to move through the world with conviction. Sam and I looked to our own daughters, Grey and Sage and decided that would be the perfect name. We want everyone to have the same confidence that we want for our daughters, and we were all someone else’s child once.
Grey and Sage Salon is the result of many dreams come true. During my 20 years behind the chair, I've gleaned bits and pieces from my clients, fellow hairdressers, and the incredible artists I've had the chance to work beside. My position as a L’Oreal Professional Educator not only facilitated a deep understanding for all things hair color, but also allowed me to experience the joy of teaching and coaching. I hold a deep, deep appreciation for education in all things hair, and our foundation is built on the belief that when we know better, we do better.
The hair stylists you’ll find in our salon are some of the most talented people I have ever met. Their dedication to their craft and their professionalism will blow you away, as it blows me away every single day. I am so proud that they have chosen Grey and Sage Salon as their home to create magic. I know that you will love them too, especially when you allow them to help you create your vision of your most confident self.
